a. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per night is required at the time of booking
b. Full payment for your stay including any outstanding balance for additional services (room service, food, drinks etc.) will be taken at checkout.
c. Deposits are non-refundable, however in the event where you are unable to fulfil the booking, your deposit can be transferred to another date within 6 months providing you have cancelled more than 72 hours prior to check-in.
d. All packages, offers and deals must be paid in full at the time of booking.
e. The hotel does not have a lift. All rooms inside of the hotel are located up one flight of stairs.
a. We strongly recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance cover in place should you need to cancel or to cover any losses that may arise.
a. Check-in is available between 3pm and 8pm. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please notify our reception team.
b. On check-in you will be required to produce a valid form of ID at check-in e.g. passport/driving licence to verify your address.
c. Any outstanding payments for accommodation will be taken at the time of check-in
d. All rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Any remaining balance for services, food and drink will be taken at the point of check-out. In the absence of the guest, payment will be taken from the debit/credit card used to secure the booking.
e. The hotel front door is locked at night, therefore, if you are going out please take your room key with the fob with you as this will unlock the front door.
a. Room service is available during food service times. A tray charge of £5 will be added to your final bill, payable at the point of check-out.
b. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available in each room.
a. Complimentary car parking is available at the hotel and is on a first come, first serve basis.
b. The New Gower Hotel does not accept liability for the loss or damage to any car parked in the Hotel car park. Owners park at their own risk.

b. If staying on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package, please advise our reception team of the time you wish to dine in order for us to book a table in the restaurant.
c. If you have any specific dietary requests please let us know in advance.
a. We reserve the right to charge our guests for any damage caused by the guest to the fabric of the building, grounds, roadways or car park will be fully charged; in respect of both labour and materials, in making the necessary repairs (inclusive of sub-contractors working on your behalf).
a. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any guest bedrooms or indoor public areas, including out of the window.
b. Guests are requested to close windows and doors if smoking on the balcony or terraces of rooms to avoid smoke entering the rooms.
c. Any guest found to be smoking in their bedroom will incur a fine of £250 to cover cleaning charges and loss of revenue from smoke-damaged rooms.
a. All bookings for events including Christmas Parties, Murder Mystery and Live Music nights must be paid for in full at the time of booking including any accommodation.
b. The hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the contents of an event for any reason, for example if there is a shortfall in the minimum numbers or external factors out of our control. In such cases you may choose to transfer your booking to an alternative date or obtain a voucher to the same value to use within 12 months.
c. No refunds.
a. Children under 11yrs are charged at a rate of £35 per child, per night and is inclusive of Breakfast.
b. Unfortunately no children under the age of 14 are permitted in the restaurant during our Afternoon Tea serving times.
c. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times whilst on the premises.
d. Z-beds are not provided for additional adults
a. Pets are permitted in selected rooms. A charge of £20 per night (up to 2 dogs). Certified Service Dogs are exempt from this charge.
b. Our dog friendly lodges are not attached to the main hotel. These are located just a minute’s walk from the main entrance.
c. Maximum of 2 pets per room. Should you wish to bring more than 2 this must be pre-arranged with Management. This is subject to availability and must be booked at the time of booking to ensure appropriate rooms are allocated.
d. Pets are only permitted in selected bedrooms, reception area, specific dining area , bar, outdoor terraces and grounds.
e. All dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times within the hotel and its grounds. Dogs may be walked, on a lead, in our carpark and on the designated footpath.
f. Any property damage caused by a pet will be the pet owner’s responsibility and the appropriate charges will be applied to your room account.
g. Any pet fouling will be the pet owner’s responsibility and the appropriate charges will be applied to your room account if it is not disposed of correctly. Pet waste disposal bins are located across the outdoor areas and baggies are available at reception for your convenience.
a. If any property is left behind we will need to charge to post or courier this to you. Please check your rooms before departure to ensure you have not left anything behind. It is your responsibility to ensure you look after your own items.
a. The hotel respects the guests' need for privacy during their stay, however on occasions the hotel management may require access to the bedroom and reserve the right to enter hotel bedrooms with a legitimate reason.
a. The New Gower Hotel reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. Bookings are subject to availability. With the exception of the change of rate of VAT, prices will not change once a booking has been made
b. We reserve the right to make changes to the appearance of the interior/exterior of the hotel between the time we accept your booking and point of check-in
